Heather Rybak earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Education degree from the University of Florida. She has extensive teaching and leadership experience from 15 years in the classroom, on sporting fields, and behind the scenes of various educational institutions. Heather’s professional real estate career began in October of 2015. After two years as a REALTOR® with Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate in Broward County, Heather earned her Real Estate Broker designation. Within six months of relocating from South Florida to The Big Bend, Heather followed her entrepreneurial spirit and established Rybak Realty.

Heather leads Rybak Realty and is active providing residential and investment real estate services. Licensed in the state of Florida, Heather can assist in the buying, selling, and leasing of real estate in all 67 counties.

Mary Cowie, REALTOR®

Mary was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. The Forgotten Coast is where she spent the weekends boating and eating seafood with her family. Upon graduating from FSU, Mary moved to Atlanta for five years. She missed the ocean, her friends and family, and the slower pace of life, so Mary decided to move to Crawfordville where her parents had previously relocated. Spending time with loved ones and boating along The Forgotten Coast are two of Mary’s favorite things to do in her free time. She has a wonderful husband and a two-year-old son that is her world. Mary is proud to follow in her parents’ footsteps as real estate agents and is here to help !

Rachel Dovi, REALTOR®
Rachel Dovi is a life-long resident of Volusia County, currently residing in Port Orange. She moved away from the area for a short period of time to earn her associate’s degree in Business Administration. Rachel returned to Volusia County for full-time employment while she earned her bachelor’s degree in Supervision & Management. After over a decade of providing Guest Services for noteworthy companies and at major events, Rachel realized she could apply her personal qualities, education, and experience to real estate by working for herself while still helping others.

Rachel earned her Real Estate Sales Associate license in September of 2018. In October of 2018, Rachel hung her license with Rybak Realty as its first sales associate. Within one month, Rachel closed her first transaction! Rachel is our team’s Volusia County expert and our go-getter, and Rybak Realty cannot be more grateful for her drive to succeed, adherence to ethical standards, and commitment to her community and clients.

On a more personal note, Rachel loves to travel. She and her boyfriend enjoy trying local cuisines and breweries in between catching a show or a tour. Susan McQuary, REALTOR®

Susan and her husband were raised in the Midwest and as newlyweds moved to Tallahassee where they raised their two children. Matt Puckett was born and raised in Wakulla County. Matt is a graduate of Wakulla High School and Florida State University and served four years in the United States Army. He lives in Ochlockonee Bay with his wife, Jill, and two daughters, Grace and Mattie. Anna Smith was raised in Bainbridge, Georgia, moving in 1989 to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. After graduating, she operated as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster before leaving the workforce to start a family. After graduating from the University of Tampa in 2011, Craig Vollertsen commissioned as an Officer in the Florida National Guard. He has spent the past 13 years serving Florida as a member of the Florida National Guard as well as a Law Enforcement Officer. In early 2023, Craig began his career in Real Estate.

Craig is a lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle having lived in Monticello, Tallahassee, and now Crawfordville. Tisha Haughton, Office Manager

Tisha Haughton is originally from Alpharetta. After 23 years in Georgia real estate focusing on management and accounting, Tisha and her husband relocated to Wakulla County, Florida. Having enjoyed their family beach house in Alligator Point for many years, they knew The Big Bend was where they wanted to be. Tisha’s Florida real estate career began at Harbor Point Realty in 2019, and she continues her management role under ownership of Rybak Realty, LLC. During their free time, Tisha and her husband enjoy traveling, boating, and frequenting local beaches.

Amber Crum, Office Assistant

Amber Crum is a life-long resident of Wakulla County, currently residing in Sopchoppy. Graduating from Wakulla High School in 2021, she began her professional career in the business field of real estate. She continues her education through Professional Development courses at Tallahassee Community College and with real estate courses through the CE Shop.

Amber is a U.S. Notary Public — an official who is able to serve the public as an neutral witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of documents. Waldys Foubelo

Waldys Foubelo is a professional graphic designer from Cuba. He started his creative journey in high school where he formed an extensive portfolio of paintings and sketches using charcoal, acrylic paint, and ink. After secondary school, Waldys earned his Associate of Science degree in Visual Communications then continued his education at Full Sail University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.

Waldys has over 20 years of professional experience in the arena of graphic design. In his spare time, he freelances and produces personal projects. Waldys enjoys learning new things, and he regularly works with a variety of media such as paints, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and photography. His passion for art and creativity is unmeasurable, and he truly loves designing and creating. Rybak Realty is thrilled to have secured Waldys for his artistic talent and professional productions.
